How do you protect my data?
We use industry standard encryption of data in transit and at rest. We do not share or retain data more than required to provide the Services. We do not permit model providers to retain your data or use your data for training.
Do you train AI models on our data?
Never. We do not permit model providers to retain or train on your data.
How long does it take to get started with Contrafly?
We can set up Contrafly for you in a matter of days. We will then provide you with training, materials and assistance with setting up your initial Playbooks. We aim to get you fully onboarded and train initial users quickly then we provide you with the tools to personalise and get the most out of Contrafly.
I don't have any Playbooks, can I still use Contrafly?
Yes. You can use Contrafly without Playbooks. However, to get the most out of Contrafly, Playbooks bring in customisation and optimisation for your contracts and practices. We will provide training, materials and initial assistance to train users and develop your Playbooks to fine tune Contrafly to your needs and risk profiles.
